If you were part of the organisation (benefit of doubt), then by now you might have realised the fact that, we encourage our talent (we don't call them employees!) to continue with the company as long as they are learning something new on daily basis and growing, else we advise them to take graceful exit at their leisure and look for other opportunities of their liking, outside.
