I'm working in m/gpi projects operation department. It comes under GETCO 66kv substation. Work satisfaction is good but there is no job security. So I want a job in which there is a job security.

There Is lot of politics and no salary growth in this company.I work here since 2018 and my salary growth is only 400 rupees.

My work in substation is only operation of 66 kv panels, 66/11 kv x'mer and other switchgear.
