Gowebbo might seem like a great place for women at first glance, but there's a concerning pattern within the SEO team. The team leader, Ayan, is known for flirting with every new female hire, and this behavior is widely acknowledged but ignored. It creates an uncomfortable work environment where favoritism is obvious. For male employees, the experience is quite the opposite. Instead of support and guidance, they are treated with a "slave-like" attitude, receiving little to no help from the TL. Overall it's an average experience for me. Mostly they work for local seo of dental niche. Good thing is Salary is on time and co-workers are friendly.Except there is nothing to mention.

Manager & TL is non-skilled person. Very bad behaviour to employees. He can't handle client that's why he miss behave with employee. TL is very bad. He doesn't know how to manage team. He only help girls.
