Likes

I love that there was good team leadership looking after the teachers. The students were supported by schemes that were all encompassing, including students , parents, teachers and administrators. And good opportunity to try out new techniques with students and good pay allowing travel. Also good support system for students who falling behind.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Sometimes the system could overtaxes the teachers with too many responsibilities. This could lead to many issues including teachers not sticking to one school.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

I worked as a secondary teacher in English/ History/ Basic French/SOSE

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
