Cooperative banks,agricultural societies, weavers societies, marketing societies,employees credit societies, etc., The work of the Joint Director is to supervise and monitor the auditors and issuing the Audit Certificates of the audited cooperative socities. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
