Teammates are average , training were not being conducted previously but currently these are held by RMSA and such training are hopeless .job security remained 100 percentage,no career growth for dynamic and capable employee. Salary is proper comparing to work extracted.There is no individual appraisal , traveling is very rare.Politics is well known to all in Government sector specially state Government.There is no atmosphere of learning, innovation other than individual efforts.working conditions are its low it is individuals effort and choice to create work culture......Read More
