There is nothing to like in this company.

First of all I don't wanna call this a company because the co founders of this doesn't make the employees feel as this a company. The work culture is literally similar to a factory's work culture, which is they don't at all care about their employees and make us work like Hell. Each and every time you need to address these co founders (who are CEO and CTO) and seniors as Sir/Mam, otherwise you are gonna get into a serious trouble. There is no work life balance at all, you don't even get sufficient leaves to travel to your hometown as these people Hire employees across India, and also they have these wierd policies established, if we take a long leave, then those go under unpaid leaves, such rubbish Rules made our time here really horrible. At times of COVID, they haven't even let us WFH as every other big companies were doing. Also, I just can't forget till now how much politics we have went through even in this small company (10 - 12 Employees). Due to such a horrible work experience, employees were leaving the company, in my employment itself, I saw 4 of them resigning and 1 was abscond. Overall I don't recommend anyone to join this company coz they are regret their whole life if they work here....Read More

I love to work with GOTESORS who always stay one step ahead in the industry. I joined a company as a fresher and today I have completed approx 2 years here. The senior staff members are highly professional, straightforward and clear with their vision. Few times, It's hard for someone to understand them but literally, I also want to take my brother in the company but due to relation policy it's not allowed. Well, they need to be more strict because this is not Gandhi's era. People like you and want to work with you but keeping a soft corner won't help you.
