we are not able to maintain work-life balance in my complete journey with this company. also, there is no time limit for work it will demanding work from you any time from 24 hours and they want to work on your pre-approved leave.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
