Work life balance is degrading, but is good comparable to other organizations which i have seen in same tyre trade.

Appraisals and promotions are planned but are executed after years. No learning and development initiatives planned by HR. Policies (like incentive, Leaves, Appraisals) are made when half of the year is gone. HR works like a true "lala" here, they aren't bothered about employees and their development.
