Bad politics,worst management, no job security & Growth , upper officials behave like he is owner of the company, more than half management is working on contract and there is no growth for them join if company is hiring on roll another it's too bad but here is no limit for learning big company.

Work life balance is degrading, but is good comparable to other organizations which i have seen in same tyre trade.

Appraisals and promotions are planned but are executed after years. No learning and development initiatives planned by HR. Policies (like incentive, Leaves, Appraisals) are made when half of the year is gone. HR works like a true "lala" here, they aren't bothered about employees and their development. HR interaction with field employees is nil. Organization isn't bothered for succession planning, they take people from outside.
