1. Work life balance 2. Being a startup, you get to work on a lot of things and hence grow a lot. 3. Lots of freedom and autonomy and say in decision making.

Dislikes

1. Development culture isn't matured. Code maintenance and quality lower than average. 2. Lack of experienced people around to learn from. Rely on self learning for growth.

Work Details

Amazing work life balance. Easy to take leaves whenever needed.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
