Good mechanical company for learning and making your base strong, work culture is ok only in head office not in factory, office people are treated LikeHumans and factory people are treated LikeSlaves

Dislikes

HR is worst I have seen in all my life, when a useless guy getting high importance in company by polishing owners, the least helpful, bad behavior, the one who sticks playb*y symbol on his office going car. Owners are ok but the corrupt minds around him (like HR, managers) have made then like men of stones. They have lost their humanity. This company have given importance to only top managers and some core team of labours to which the company is feeding well directly and indirectly. The low level and mid level engg staff have been treated very badly, there is no growth even after you spend 5-6 years at same position....Read More
