MD is immature and he don't know any thing about Management . Always intrupted daily mails and all communication without any sense and knowlege .Big Unprofessional . No job security and No Respect of Indians there .He treated Indian like servant . Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
