The work pressure is not much and to an extend according to policies they are employee friendly.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and managers are very partial ans unprofessional. They just don't let you give yoyr opinions. Worst place to work if you are the person who likes to put your opinions infront of team and they never let you interact with other people in the company and very conservative and self centred. Very bad in promotions as well. Promotions are baised as well

So much there to learn, leave policy is amazing, so many talented people.

Dislikes

Less recognition after so much work, promotions are less. If someone is introvert then it is a big issue there.
