Bosses don't act like bosses instead they are leaders. They are good listeners and guidance providers.

Only 1 leave is acceptable in a month, even for managers. You can take leaves but it will count in leave without pay. Yet to have a complete corporate structure/environment. Low on standards and SOPs. Low on sustainability.
