Company is well established old one, having sarkaari types culture. Complete work life balance ,only salary scale is poor , especially for SCM- Purchase and Accounts ,else it's good. flexible timings.,sat off etc are benefits.

Truly speaking, nothing to dislike, except salary structure is very poor for Purchase Dept.
