Gokulam heritage plaza was a great opportunity in my life , becouse when i started my Job at the hotel and i was learning a lot new things what i did't think before . It was a newley opened fresh property and we got a very tough project that we're the staffs at that hotel we must make guests to property and we started to sale the property in market . So we started some normal kind of promoting like we started to give business visiting cards at the very best tourist places in wayanad , also given for the tour operators or taxi vehicle driwers. But we've very surely know that it's not a enough potential for the business and we must be learned something new to know how to creat very good customer potential very soon, after some very best suggestions collection we started to do more marketing .
