Going to school is an non government organization (NGO) which work on the government schools student of 9th class to teach then the skill that help them to be an independent entrepreneur . Organization is best and I really like it because they are giving there contribution to improve the world.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
