Calling process was not very good due to unlimited call but backend job in Goibibo is like a curse due to lots of pending case so my experience with goibibo is very very worst

Hi, First of all I would like tell about my training experience. Trainer of goibibo was good .and they trainee like friend while teach something.so overall amazing. And team mates leadership was awesome. And yearly appraisal is there. Salary 22k ..and about Politic no Politics is there.overall nice.

It is a big responsibility what I have in my work. Where I need to handle bus cancelations from all over India as a team. Need to talk with the operator and with the customers only if it requires. Convincing the customer without​ crossing the policy.
