Nothing at all. One of the most stupid and unethical places to work in Siliguri

Almost everything, firstly the office location surrounded by pubs and cafes, as it gets darker outside it becomes almost impossible to concentrate. Secondly, the CEO who looks like a cranky uncle and behaves in such a way that as if he's a tycoon in travel industry and not cooperative or supportive. Thirdly, the team I was working with which was the digital marketing team was not at all friendly or supporting expect one or two, few of them acts and try to share unwanted knowledge and digital marketing practices which is not even needed. They totally copy paste the website content from companies like Thrillophilia, Sikkim tourism and many more. I joined this company as a content writer and they simply took out there website content from me within 2 or 3 weeks, which is enough to get all the content needed for a particular destination on website. As my completion of 1 month was near they called me up and told me to not come from the very next day because of some rubbish reasons. Oh yes, they claim that I take two much breaks in between my work. I hope when there is not particular deadline and the work is getting submitted from my side before hand, I have the right to take as much of breaks I want. If you are joining this place to work I would say you that there are many good places to work in Siliguri, apply for jobs out there rather than this bad organisation....Read More
