Salary package is quite high, getting more than 8 LPA IN Kolkata whereas big MNC‘s in Bangalore/Pune are offering nowhere near that amount! 8 hours work per day, fixed weekends off, bonus, Privilege leaves, international travel 😃

Dislikes

Nothing at all, it’s better than government job. German work culture of 8 hours, Weekends free, can do Home office once a week. What more does one want, i wish to work here for a really long time!
