Weekend offs, Recent salary structure change

Company culture is terrible. The people in top management are having traditional mindset. The bosses are literally empty headed. They are trained only to pressure and harass the employees and get work out of them. If you want to learn pls don't join design team there. It's not a good company for a GET to start off.

Flexible team, top mgmt is open to receive our feedback and act some times, flexible working time

Employee engagement is very less. old type salary structure, basic salary is very less so benefits will be less, mobile bill payment with amount limits by local division even though corporate is giving more bcz it is part of CTC but top mgmt is not allowing to claim full. No transport facility.No free coffee or tea. No promotions for old employees...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
