Company culture is terrible. The people in top management are having traditional mindset. The bosses are literally empty headed. They are trained only to pressure and harass the employees and get work out of them. If you want to learn pls don't join design team there. It's not a good company for a GET to start off.

Flexible team, top mgmt is open to receive our feedback and act some times, flexible working time

Employee engagement is very less. old type salary structure, basic salary is very less so benefits will be less, mobile bill payment with amount limits by local division even though corporate is giving more bcz it is part of CTC but top mgmt is not allowing to claim full. No transport facility.No free coffee or tea. No promotions for old employees

For design and marketing team its 5 days work pattern. Whereas for remaining departments its 6 days work

In some specific teams in design (order execution team) work load will be higher they have to compromise their personal life for work

It’s a good place to join in design for those who’s from Kerala. You can see the fabulous growth for Kerala person even though they perform poor. One of the worst is seeing the other person who is getting top rating even-though they are not deserve for this. Humble request for top management to wake up or else deserving candidates will move on. If you are from small scale industry, use this platform for 1 or 2 years and move on with the learnings.

1. Lunch is not free. 2. Pantry is costly. 3. Politics are high. 4. Some luck needed for your growth. 5. Poor work life balance. 6. Poor sales. Particularly, International sales are worst. They create fake pressure. Poisonous creature in Godrej. I was lucky that I was not part of their team.

Job security Campus Good for Diploma- Mechanical engineers

Dislikes

Lot of Politics, Micromanagement, 3 Months notice period, Mainly Excel, PPT and Autocad works. Long work hours with immense pressure. Growth not based on performance.
