I joined as fresher in Godrej and there was lots things to learn and finally it's been 3 years in Godrej. You will develop your personality in Godrej growth for old employees is low but if you are joining from another company you will get good package

In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
