Issue is with the people working here People who are having experience of 5 and 10 years are the one to ruin the company. They do not allow new comers to settle. They kind of create a toxic environment and run a syndicate. Being a friend of the manager a receptionist is having more powers, we need to beg for tea coffee and snacks. They remain absent from site mostly while monitoring the reportee like a prisoner.Culture is toxic at present.Salary is variable which you never get as most of the projects have issues.Experienced people please stay away

The Godrej lives with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
