Dislikes

On site there is too much politics, if you are buttering Project Head then you will get promotion and increment. For buttering you have to sit whole day in Project Head office and bring Lunch for him then for the same you will be rewarded for these things. Secondly, no one is going to hear any of your problem neither HR nor Senior Management. Thirdly in Godrej if you have worked with Senior in Past then only you can grow, most from L&T else you have to sit on the same position for rest of your life. So here buttering and oiling is main need to grow....Read More

Sach bataun to yahan kaam thodi na hota hai. Sab saruraal me mouj karne aata hai.khas karke jo quantity wale pata nhi kaha se phd karke aaya hai par aata kuchh nhi.yahan pe to sirf ristedari chalta hai bhais bakri charane wale ko pakar pakar k job de rhe hai.isse jyada aur kya hi likhhu samajhdar log to yun hi samajh jayenge.
