Work experience was bad .they do not give roles which are an extension of your previous company experiences. Though I enjoyed there once I got settled. However process and systems are very backdated . Learned nothing new however top level management was

Top management doesn't bother about anything. They force people to do as per them and everytime employee gets threatened in the organisation. Cluster, HR have no idea what's happening in a particular place, A single Cluster Manager manages two Region and He puts pressure on the ground level employees they are least bothered and if you joining the company then make a habit of listing slangs all the day. Very poor management. A so called cluster from Bengaluru looks Chhapri but he instructs about grooming and SOP of the company.. 1. General Discontent "I feel that Nature's Basket has lost sight of its values. There's a noticeable disconnect between leadership and employees, and it’s impacting morale." 2. Lack of Communication "Communication within Natures Basket is lacking. Important updates often go unshared, leaving employees feeling uninformed and undervalued." 3. Limited Growth Opportunities "Despite my efforts, I find that there are limited opportunities for growth at Natures Basket It's discouraging to see hard work go unrecognized." 4. Poor Work-Life Balance "The work-life balance at Natures Basket is concerning. The expectations often feel unrealistic, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction." 5.
