Dislike godrej nature's basket LTD. I found that there was on more career growth in the company ofter reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward. Your previous company lacked the necessary feedback which would have helped employees perform at a higher level.
