Working at godrej Interio is something like , a training in itself the firm has a huge potential market , every stage there is more to learn , company takes lot of initiatives to mold his employes to be ready for anything. The sector we work is majorly into are Govt , education , PSU and MNC . People out there as customers have big respect for the brand in all terms, one can get to learn a lot from Godrej huge portfolio to the work culture of segment we work for. My on around target is around 10 to 13 Cr , but with good persistence and enthusiasm It never stops you to get on the incentives . If I say anything to dislike about Godrej , it never justified my work for Godrej. There are things which are required in Godrej to develop more as in , the work life balance is something they have to work upon , people are supportive and seniors always motivate to grow , but they need kind of ego massage sometimes , which somewherehelps to grow in terms of promotions . No recognition for employees in lower salary. The people here spend 15 years in frontline profile and salary increment is 20k and 30k annually. People are underpaid. They are not given good hike because of seniors negative feedback and favouritism
