Nothing much to like here. Some good things maybe you don't have to work that much cause they aren't teaching you anything.

They just hire you as a trainee, then after a year they kick you out and hire new one and Say who said you We hired you for a Job role, It was just contract for One year apprenticeship. Felt betrayed and scammed, left many other placement and opportunities for this company and after a year they are not confirming even a Single Graduate trainee. It's a complete scam.

Management should check who really work in department permanent worker only tell work trainee and temporary worker do all work. Food is not good enough for second ship. For temporary 7 month work is provided after that what should they do...?? How they live. For trainee 3 years contract is made but in that three year so much work done by trainee and later they give certificate and tell it's over do 7 month period and 5 month break. Choose wisely if u r work in temporary basis then ok u can get overtime . If u want to join trainee don't join. U work like hell there and then go home no over time no bonus for trainee.
