There is a great culture of learning which I really admire.Most of the consultants are proficient in multiple skills.Technical consultants are really good at development and administration.Year on hikes are good and really on par with top companies

Dislikes

I think the culture is really toxic.I could sense a bit of negativity and sarcasm in simplest thing which translates to a toxic culture.There are people from manufacturing background who don't really understand IT all that.There is lot of favouritism in the company.There is a core group who cover each other's back at all times and don't allow anyone else to prosper and succeed.Ok they allow but only if you are on their terms which is not acceptable to anyone with self esteem....Read More
