I am a part of Infor Ln Functional support team, & we take care of the issues faced by end users in the various divisions of Godrej & Boyce.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Job security . In fact it is more secure than Govt Job.

Because of unmatchable job security company has tons of non-performers. They keep on experimenting, in fact experimentation runs max for a year but because of same workforce at management level company is at almost same level as it was decade ago. Currently organization has found new pe ople at management level, and they believe in gold plating & appeasement. Almost all decisions are on hearsay. So it can be avoided for a year further (if someone is trying at management level) because eventually the recent change won't last long....Read More

ONE HUGE advantage : Absolute 0 competition, no one will not stop you from doing their work. If you do good credit they would take but if goes bad you will be held responsible. But in the end you will get to take the learning with you. :) NO facilities.
