Because it is so secure company has not grown and, 20 years and still they are at same place. Mgt is very distance from reality and maintains the same when it comes to board as well (at least as it seems). They let talent go. For them 20 years of service is more important than the contribution to Organization. There are umpteen Middle management personnel who have killed business and BUs multiple times, but organization seeks to see them retire rather replace reasons are simple 1.
