Godrej is one of the biggest organization in Mumbai. They have almost all facilities required for any employee. And best part is colony. It's really worth to start career with organization like this as kind of work teaches lots of things and they make you learn from mistakes. Environmental ethics learning and growth of knowelge is really good.

Dislikes

Problem I saw wrt other organizations is employee's growth is many times depends on immediate boss only. Balance all is good.

I was working in project planning of heavy engineering so work was hectic but still all time challenging. And many times got good support from all colleagues

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
