The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that help me get a taste of different roles within the same team

During month ends we need to with till 3 am whole week. Managers have worst culture of disrespecting fellow people. No work life balance. They are worst place to work with. Unfortunately not finding a job. Once I get I will quit very badly. Wife and kid literally cry and curse this company.
