Job security is good, benefits are good but are declining steadily. They have a ERP software which dictates everything they do. Too much and unnecessary systems and processes.Team mates and colleagues are excellent however.

Dislikes

Training is awful or non existent especially for their own systems. They take pride is saying that no one will tell you anything, you will have to figure it out your self.
