Lack of Employee value: They don't care about your sickness they will only give you 1 day's leave and expect you to come next day to work 4. inappropriate language: The Thane Head person Bhavya Desai uses abusive language against everyone even they have done a good job or not. He doesn't have the manner to talk to women or men, Bhavya Desai will only treat you well in the starting phase of your joining month after that he will not behave with you in a good manner. 5. Worst HR : HR even dont take the interview of SM,RM ARM she only meet you when you have to do the Goal setting and end of the year to review .
