Promotion, hikes , work life balance is only for people at leading positions.. too much bragging about work culture but it is ‘Khokhla’.. things what they seem on outer front is not internally.. too much showoff .. you are asked to write good content about company on linkedin.. late working hours.. sat sunday even is working .. this is highly pathetic work culture..

Daily company policy change and candidate confusion what to work and what to not work. Candidate not moved to home till when manager not leaving the office. Pressurized credit officer to work with Credit Manager (which work also manager work ). Time not flexible. Management not good.
