Huge politics by regional level heads. Too much of favouritism by state sales and zonal credit head. Lacking of strong leadership.

Selected people gets promotion and recognition and people doing good hardwork are asked to leave the company totally biased upper management. Does not know ground reality. Sooner or later promoter will get to know about this.
