Everything....they will never appreciate your hardwork.....too much politics..if you're working there through college placement then i will might be beneficial but if you're working on contract then there's no future and growth...they will just usel your knowledge and hardwork for their own good...it was worst experience for me..

Till 2023 Company was best place yo work but after that Work life balance is zero. They wants you to work 24 hours 7 days a week.

Now there are no workforce to do work. They wanted to work of 10 people from 4 people. Also the people who actually works gets no promotion and lickers are getting promoted frequently

Godrej E&E PIRE is very good to work. I got a very supportive Seniors and management. Site work culture changes site to site. Although company has good pay scale, ontime salary, better variable pay system. Company will stand with you in your crisis.

Dislikes

Company need some improvement in implementation of culture at site. Site deviations must be addressed by superior at once. Otherwise company is very comfortable place to work.

I was into R&D at Lawkim Division and I did get opportunities to experiment. Seniors did not belittle when you lack knowledge if you have the initiative to learn.

6 day working (Felt like things would have been done more efficiently by everyone if it was 5 days). Fixed (Time based) promotion cycles.
