I was into R&D at Lawkim Division and I did get opportunities to experiment. Seniors did not belittle when you lack knowledge if you have the initiative to learn.

Dislikes

6 day working (Felt like things would have been done more efficiently by everyone if it was 5 days). Fixed (Time based) promotion cycles.

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.

Brand name is very big in the Market. This gives you respect from Industry, people and society.

Expectations leads disappointed here. Delayed decision making, unnecessary things outside your work, no good policies, discrimination in policy from business to business, not good employee beneficial policies, politics to please your superior.
