Local management was full of corruption, employees don't have scope to grow up if not supported to corruption. I think losses will grown with in 2-3 years then....?

Hr dept. not clear any advantages of Hr policies and not train any employee . Higer managemnt is Egoiest and not to accept any suggestion no any QMS/ ISO activities

Management system is very poor. In this company internal politics is there. So Jo Satisfaction is not there. Almost I completed 3 month in Godrej Agrovet Ltd but I feel very of my decision. in my 12 Year of work experience this type of bad system I have not seen

During Notice period all 3 months salary is hold by HR. F&F procedure takes very long time. No 5 days working.
