The company is open to innovate our self and iu knowledge. The production is totally a gobal free no harm to the enviornment. Different programmes are arranged in the company.

My work is very challenging as i have to look after entire production and manage day to day operation. Also I have to look on minimizing the company's cost. As long as I get to work with company, it will be a great learning experience.

Corporate structure is good

Dislikes

Mediocre people are at leadership positions (CEOs,CFOs etc). Performance based long term incentives are missing hence good performers leave early. Lot of politics at the top to promote similar mediocrity to save guard self.

Local management was full of corruption, employees don't have scope to grow up if not supported to corruption. I think losses will grown with in 2-3 years then....?

Management system is very poor. In this company internal politics is there. So Jo Satisfaction is not there. Almost I completed 3 month in Godrej Agrovet Ltd but I feel very of my decision. in my 12 Year of work experience this type of bad system I have not seen

As company' is more employee welfare centric therefore approaches & personal connections wins over the merit. No fix policies for promotion - Appraisal is very unjust process here with tag line said to me once by a senior leader "Good performance is never guarantee for promotion "
