Go First gives flying benefit to staff. this is the only good rest nothing is good since Covid. 1) Appraisal done only when nearby 40% staff of particular team has resigned then only to the balance 60% staff. Because this 60% staff has to mandatorily accept the work of departing team member. 2) Delay of salary release of an average 18 days since Covid. 3) Company has not released the Annual performance bonus to staff for the FY 2019-20 when company performed the best industrywide. 4) CEO rejoin in August 20 and asked staff to work in Teamwork for the best of Company. Staff is still not paid PLI for the FY-2019-20. Performance of company was not good for FY 20-21 & FY 21-22 and due reason PLI is not released to Staff even then after only CEO was paid PLI of 1 crore on 31st August 22 (seems like sab ka saath, khud ka Vikas)....Read More

We invited doom into our lives Once we hired all professionals from Jet Nothing against them personally But we Goair were always Model College And they jet airways behaved like Rajput College Like in the movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander Ultimately Model College wins But in our sad tragedy we brought ourselves down to the ground. If we never stopped are Aircraft's even if we reduced the no. Of flying planes and still side by side fought the fight we could perhaps have made it. May 3 ,2023 once we stopped I knew somewhere it was over.
