Very negative environment is here, no salary hike , no work life balance you have to work of Saturday Sunday if you work extra hours they don't pay you

Dont think have any good reason to work with
Dislikes
1. Does not get increament though work for 3 yrs with good performance and enthusiasm
2. Need to work 10-12 hrs
3. Project lead put pressure for completion of 3-4 days of work to be done in 1 day
4. Not valued of employee performance
5. At the end, target completion credit goes to only at lead and managerial level ,they do not value hard working employee
