1. Does not get increament though work for 3 yrs with good performance and enthusiasm 2. Need to work 10-12 hrs 3. Project lead put pressure for completion of 3-4 days of work to be done in 1 day 4. Not valued of employee performance 5. At the end, target completion credit goes to only at lead and managerial level ,they do not value hard working employee

HR and Administrative Issues 1. *Appraisal Cycle*: The appraisal process seems to be delayed, with salary hikes provided only after 1-2 years.
