Everything is dislike. HOD manages everything. Managers are just to approve your request on portal, that also first should be approved from HOD. Worst company to work from a employee’s view. Once someone entered this company, can only came out as an unemployed. Have certain rules for women, but managers only scold women in meeting room for hours. 1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life. Does not have work life balance. No management support. Entire IT department decision taking power is on one man in the company, who does not even give reply or rejects the permission without understanding the situation or having a discussion. Even HR is not helpful and always take the side of management.

Working environment is not good at all and manager's are toxic putting on pip for talking in stairs with friends and going for lunch more than 1hr sometimes and playing politics in team and the behavior is also not the same with everyone in the team. In short worst company and management i ever seen.
