Everything about this company is a joke (Indian unit). They bring in race horses and over time, put so much pressure on them ultimately converting the race horses to 'donkeys'. Then they remove donkeys by saying, 'Oh no! You were a race-horse but you turned out to be a donkey! Off you go!!!' Policies are in place but they aren't employee friendly. Work-life balance is non-present. They have individual contributor roles. Downfall is, you do not get to enjoy even a single leave. If you put a leave application, you will be asked, 'Who will do your job in your absence?' and 'You are expected to be available on calls and over emails if something urgent comes up, support the business!'. But at the time of appraisals, you will hear the same vampires say, 'What work did you do which looks commendable? You haven't even done a single thing! All your work is done by me (reporting manager)!' If you want to be in hell (or even taste it), I'd recommend this company to you without a blink of an eye!...Read More

The dirty (couldn't find a lower word) politics and poisonous work environment which has been deep embedded in the organization culture by the tenured management (who have been 'managing' the organization for 9+ years) which is blindly followed by all their minions (morons rather would be apt here) without a question.
