Neither corporate nor psu, many person who have laison with management, will work for long tenure irrespective of domain knowledge and basics, even lead the dept. rest of the employees will be squeezed. The person good only in communication skills is highly suitable to get selected. The person leading dept. cannot extract work without proper knowledge and short temper, shouting and commanding nature will not make the work flow systematic and procedural approach. Worst HR and Appraisal. Influence with promoters is more important than ones skills. Be careful when the HR share JD with you. It could just be a copy paste from some job portal, wouldn't have any resemblance of the actual work.
