The values and beliefs culture was followed every time which is good positive signs , Focus on projects and well being given importance .

Dislikes

No proper coordination between employees of different departments delay in projects , no flexible breaks system in place specially for people at airport building .

Well after spending close to 13 years in Dial Airport operations have learnt lots of things known strengths and weakness , Leant to deal with new problems and finding solutions to all with some constructive thinking . Values and beliefs have taught lot
